  • Those who are traveling in an automobile can pack snacks, juice and water in a cooler and place it in a place that is easily accessible to travelers.   • Many see cruises as venues of overindulgence. But many cruise ships will arrange special meals at your request and may even take your orders before you leave home. But if you are on a cruise without prior food arrangements, make sure to practice portion control and chose food items wisely.
  • Most domestic flights do not offer food as a free service. You can buy what they sell. But it is better to prepare your meal and take it with you. Many international carriers do offer multiple meals on board and you can prearrange your meals. Given option once again choose wisely and control your portions.
