New time zone adaptation method
Starving for half a day can help you ease into adapting into a new time zone. Harvard medical school scientists revealed that the ingestion schedule is very important for the human body as is the habit to sleep at night. Significant changes in time zones can be difficult to adjust to. Generally, the organism takes at least four days to adjust to the change, even if it gets daylight change as its only orientation. Therefore, the only efficient recommendation for travellers is to calculate the nearest time for breakfast, and not to eat food for around 12-16 hours until then.
