Sydney Hilton boosting its share of the booming Chinese travel market.
The Sydney Hilton is among 30 Hiltons around the world selected for the launch of a program which the chain hopes will boost its share of the booming Chinese travel market.
A ‘Hilton Huanying’ package, on offer from 30 August, will see the hotels offering Chinese guests “familiar comforts” on arrival, in their rooms and at breakfast.
These will include front desk staff fluent in Chinese, a selection of Chinese teas in rooms, dedicated Chinese TV channels, a welcome letter written in Chinese, and Chinese dishes at breakfast, along with Chinese eating utensils.
The number of Chinese outbound tourists is expected to top 65 million this year. Check into the Sydney Hilton sometime soon.
